Workshop documents
(ED/BIE/CONFINTED 46/4) :
For each workshop, a brief document
will propose questions for discussion and the ‘conceptual ideas’ likely to
facilitate the debate; the main document for the Conference (reference document)
should also serve as a conceptual basis for all themes.
A series of information documents, a delegate's guide, a provisional list
of participants, a list of national reports presented at the Conference, a
questionnaire on the outcomes of the Conference, etc., will be prepared immediately
before or during the Conference and distributed to participants.
A certain
number of organizations—international and national, governmental and non-governmental—will
be involved in the organization, conceptual preparation and/or financing of
various workshops.
