Bus services (route 5, destination Palexpo, and route 8, destination OMS) run between Place Cornavin (the main railway station) and the International Conference Centre of Geneva (for bus 5, get off at the 'Vermont' bus stop; for bus 8, 'UIT' bus stop). A ticket for 2.60 Swiss francs, valid for one hour, should be obtained from the ticket machine located at the bus stop before getting on the bus. 'Day tickets' can also be obtained from the ticket machine. These tickets are also available, together with weekly tickets, at the public transport counter on the ground floor of the Cornavin railway station and at some newsagents. A taxi rank is located in the immediate vicinity of the Conference Centre. Please contact the Information Service.
