At the International Conference on Education in 2001, the Ministers of Education of the ABEGS-member states and the IBE explored several important educational themes in terms of improving teaching and learning in the ABEGS-member states. Electronic tools were developed to explore various senarios of school time allocation and decompose syllabi.
