Training Course on Curriculum Analysis and Design

From the 10th to the 21st of August, 2009, the IBE’s Training Tools for Curriculum Development (WWRP) will be the basis for a training course on curriculum development for teachers with experience in curriculum design, pedagogical coordinators, students and schools in general to those interested in analysing and improving the curriculum.
Organised by the IBE the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU), the course aims to help develop capacity and skills through analysis and reflection of the various components of curriculum development. This will be achieved using the IBE’s curriculum tool under the direction of Renato Opertti, Mr. Hugo Labate and Dr. Pablo da Silveira, The tool, structured around eight modules, consists of a conceptual framework, a series of activities and more than 100 case studies of curricula across the world.
It would give us great pleasure to have you as participants and welcome you to our course. Registration closes on the 7th of August.
