• At the regional level, the three-year co-operation agreement signed between the CECC and the IBE (November 2006) was implemented. Its main objective was to support the process of curricular transformation taking place in the six countries of the region and to design and implement a regional project on curriculum development for Basic and Youth Education (as a central strategy for attaining the EFA goals).

• At the national level, we have been working jointly on applying a comprehensive capacity building approach, promoting policy dialogue on education to change classroom practices.
