Prospects is UNESCO’s quarterly review of comparative education. This issue, focusing on the topic of the 48th session of the International Conference on Education (ICE) examines democracy, citizenship education and inclusion, the challenge of achieving inclusion, inclusive education and social inequity. There is also an exploration of inclusive education in Finland and rural South Africa. Finally, also included in the November issue are articles on making “Education for All” inclusive: where to next and pushing the boundaries of inclusive education.
