Good Practices Evaluation

The work carried out on "good practices" by the IBE is based on partnership with various UNESCO divisions, institutes and offices, as well as in collaboration with UNAIDS co-sponsors, academic institutions, international organizations, bilateral and multilateral agencies.
Curriculum Material Appraisals
A growing number of governmental and non-governmental institutions at the local, national and international level produce an increasing quantity and variety of material intended for teaching, learning and teacher training at the primary and secondary levels.
It is often difficult for education specialists to identify and selects good practices that could be used and adapted in their own context.
IBE developed three sets of criteria to appraise materials for learners, teachers and teacher trainers. More...
They can be used to evaluate materials that have been identified as good practices and help decide what should be taught and what are the most efficient ways to teach it.
IBE regularly provides new curriculum materials appraisals.
