Media accreditation & registration

Journalists who wish to attend the Conference, including those already accredited with the United Nations Office in Geneva, are requested to communicate their name and type of media as well as a scanned copy of the press card by email to Mr L. Vazquez (mediaanti spam bot@ibe.unescoanti spam bot.org) as soon as possible.

 

At the same time, all journalists must submit a registration form accompanied by an identification photo (in JPEG format) to the IBE by email to the following address: ibe.directoranti spam bot@ibe.unescoanti spam bot.org

 

  • Download the registration form (Word, 190 KB, English-French)
  • Please include only one person per registration form and one registration form per email
  • Email attachments should not exceed 2MB or 2000KB

 

 

To allow the Conference Secretariat to have the badges ready for collection by Sunday 23 November, journalists are strongly encouraged to send their pre-registration request by 30 October.

 

Registration and badge preparation will also be handled at the CICG on Sunday, 23 November from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm; on Monday, 24 November from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and on Tuesday, 25 November from 7:30 am onwards.

 

Due to the high number of participants expected, on 25 November registration may be subject to delays.
