The International Bureau of Education is organizing the Second E-Forum on the Approaches by Competencies, which will last for three weeks from November 20 to December 8, 2006.
The objective is to provide a plural, open and constructive space for the inter-regional sharing of experiences of curriculum change and development based on the approaches by competencies.
The E-Forum is open to all Community of Practice members. A document elaborated by the Canadian Institution ORE (Philippe Jonnaert and team) will serve as the basis for discussion. The animation of the E-Forum will be done through a series of questions raised by Philippe Jonnaert.
