Sub regional workshop to accelerate the education sector’s response to the HIV and AIDS pandemic in Central Africa countries

Douala, Cameroon - 9 to 12 October 2006 The purpose of the workshop is to assemble the actors involved in the development of the education sector’s responses to HIV and AIDS pandemic at the local, national and regional levels. Approximately thirty high level representatives from Ministries of education, HIV and AIDS national councils and development agencies will be invited to take part in this meeting. This workshop is in continuity with the work done during the Yaounde seminar held in February 2006.
