She talked also about a recent meeting with Spain and the importance of the new IBE proposal on poverty and education for peace in this regard.
Ms Helene-Marie Gosselin, Director of the UNESCO Liaison Office in New York. She briefed colleagues on the mandate of the NY office, the latest developments in the UN reform - “Delivering as One”, the new draft resolution from Moldova and on the counter-terrorism efforts at the General Assembly and the Security Council.
