As announced in our previous COP message, the IBE will be
hosting an interregional, multi-lingual-forum on inclusive
curricula between 26th October and 13th November 2009 as part of the
follow-up of the 48th session of the International Conference on Education. Each
week, selected expert moderators will guide online discussions
around a key question related to inclusive curricula issues and
challenges. As part of this event, we invite COP members to submit
appropriate questions, useful links, resources and good practices for
these discussions on inclusive curricula. For example, The Index for
Inclusion, written by Tony Booth and Mel Ainscow, gives information on how
to help schools to reduce barriers to learning and participation for all

The first edition of the Newsletter of the Education
Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is now available on the
internet. A reflection and contribution to education in Latin America and the
Caribbean in partnership with member countries and other stakeholders, this
quarterly electronic publication offers articles from
specialists, as well as publications, resources, project information and
references on new trends in education.

Comme annoncé dans notre
dernier message COP, le BIE organise un e-forum interrégional et multilingue
sur l’éducation pour l’inclusion du 26 octobre au 13 novembre 2009 dans le
cadre du suivi de la 48e session de la Conférence internationale de
l'éducation. Chaque semaine, les experts sélectionnés comme modérateurs
orienteront les discussions en ligne autour d'une question clé liés aux
problèmes et aux défis en lien avec les curricula inclusifs. Dans le cadre de
cet événement, nous invitons les membres de la COP à soumettre des questions
pertinentes, des liens utiles, des ressources et des bonnes pratiques pour
enrichir ces discussions sur l’éducation pour l’inclusion. Par exemple, l'Indice
pour l'inclusion, de Tony Booth et Mel Ainscow, présente des informations
sur la façon d'aider les écoles à réduire les obstacles à l'apprentissage et à
la participation de tous les enfants et les jeunes. Publié au Royaume-Uni par
le Centre d'études sur l'éducation inclusive, l'Indice a été traduit en 22

Philippe Jonnaert, Ph.D.,
professeur à l'Université du Québec à Montréal et titulaire de la Chaire UNESCO
en Ingénierie du curriculum, a publié son livre intitulé « Curriculum et
Compétences ». Ce livre est un outil puissant pour la réforme du

Bulletin électronique de la Division de l’éducation de la Banque
interaméricaine de développement est maintenant disponible en ligne. Une
réflexion et une contribution à l'éducation en Amérique latine et aux Caraïbes
en partenariat avec les pays membres et d'autres parties prenantes, cette
publication électronique trimestriel propose des articles rédigés par des
spécialistes, ainsi que des publications, des ressources, les informations sur

Como había sido anunciado
en nuestro último mensaje COP, la OIE organiza un e-forum interregional y
multilingüe sobre la educación para la inclusión del 26 de octubre al 13 de
noviembre del 2009 en el marco del seguimiento de la 48a reunión
de la Conferencia Internacional de Educación. Todas las semanas, los expertos

форум по

Например,
«Индекс для
инклюзии»,
написанный
Тони Бутом и
Мелом
Эйнскоу, дает
информацию о
том, как
помочь
школам
сокращать

всех детей и

людей.
Опубликованный

Великобритании
