Prospects is UNESCO’s quarterly review of comparative education including viewpoints, articles and trends/cases. Examples of the articles found in this issue are: raising and leveling the learning bar in Central and Eastern Europe; tracking and inequality of learning outcomes in Hungarian secondary schools; assessing between - school variation in educational resources and mathematics and science achievement in Bulgaria, and educational inequalities in the Czech Republic.
