    Archive of ICE Sessions and Recommendations

    The texts of the 78 Recommendations adopted between 1934 and 1992 by the International Conference on Education - until 1970, the International Conference on Public Education - were compiled and published at the suggestion of the Council of the International Bureau of Education. In 1994, the ICE did not adopt a Recommendation. Instead, it produced a Declaration and an Integrated Framework of Action. In 1996, the ICE adopted a Declaration and 9 Recommendations.
